SUBSCRIPTIONS
If a customer decides to subscribe to a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly subscription, the customer is promising to pay for the entire agreed upon subscription period. The customer cannot cancel their subscription in the middle of a billing subscription period. If the customer wants to cancel before the next cycle starts, a request must be submitted in document format and emailed to help@sherichdigital.com, after reviewal the customer will be allowed to be removed from all feature subscriptions, after the agreed upon billing period is completed. If the customer cancels in the middle of a billing period, or wrongly files a dispute they are agreeing to be legally responsible for any additional fees or charges that may occur.
If the customer decides not to use the subscription for the time period paid for, they have forfeited the benefits of that subscription for that time period. No refund will be issued.
